We love giving books a second chapter, and we’re always grateful for donations that help keep our shelves full of wonderful reads.

As we carefully curate our collection, we can only accept books that are as 'as new', or in very good condition. Unfortunately, we can’t take books with yellowing pages, musty smells, water damage, writing inside, torn covers, or significant wear.

If you’d like to donate, please get in touch with us first. We’ll happily let you know what we’re currently looking for and arrange a suitable time for you to bring your books in. 

Please don’t leave books outside the shop when we’re closed. While we know they’re left with good intentions, unattended donations are considered fly-tipping and can become damaged by the weather. Disposing of large quantities of unwanted books is also expensive for a small independent business.
